1. Service Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel a service request before the technician has started working on the issue.
- Once the service has begun, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
✅ If the service cannot be completed due to technical limitations from our side.
✅ If the wrong service was charged due to a billing error.
✅ If a customer cancels the service before our technician starts working.
Non-Refundable Cases:

3. Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
